INTEREST AREAS
Milivoj Belic teaches a variety of courses in physics at Texas A&M University at Qatar. In the past, he also has taught calculus, nonlinear optics, nonlinear dynamics and numerical methods in physics, at various institutions. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the field of optics. His research interests include:

• Nonlinear optics and nonlinear dynamics
• Photorefractive optics
• Condensed matter physics
• Topics in quantum optics
• Solid state physics
• Numerical modeling of complex systems with nonlinear interactions in different fields, such as biophysics.
